Fell behind due to downturn, just got served with foreclosure notice. Called Homecomings to see what could be done, was told to give income and expense info over phone and an analyst would decide on a modification and repayment plan. Asked for a copy of this in writing, was told it would be mailed out later in the week. Also was asked if I had any $$ to send them now.
