They suck!!! They never said a word about the length of our contract, our understanding was that it was a month to month deal. Now we are trying to switch our phone service from a lan line to digital and we find out it is a 3 year deal, it will cost an additional $200.00 for Icon to switch our security system to digital and we can't get out of their system. read full review »
