By what was advertised I thought it was a no losoe scenario. Either they could help me or I would get my money back. They were not able to help. I was told that it would take 30 days to credit money. Due to various life items I was unable to follow up in a timely manner. When I finally went to follow up I was tald the company was no longer around. Yet the people I talked with had all the information about my case. I was told that credit card company would have to get my money back.
