I was very frustrated dealing with these people. I purchased a modem from them (good price, fair shipping) and got my product in a timely manner and everything was fine. Then, about a week later, they inexplicably charges me for ANOTHER modem (the same item, only a week later) which I did NOT order. If that wasn't bad enough, they DOUBLE-CHARGED me for the modem that I didn't order! So now I have two modems that I didn't order, already charged to my card, being sent to me.
