Same story here. I ordered a CD on 11/03/08. Recieved an email next day. Didn't get the CD until 11/12/08. Next day $69.95 charge on my account plus some others accumulating. Drove my account into NSF with all the other bank charges. I have been trying to contact them to no avail. Over $400 in charges total. I have called most of the other places, cancelled, and am getting refunds, except from Grant University. I am a retired veteran and living on a limited income. I have to file fraud reports because of my bank. I didn't see anything on their CD order page or in their website about a $69.95 charge. What a scam!!! read full review »
