Purchased a computer from this company - they promised latest model from Toshiba - and actually sent discontinued model. RAM on computer that was promised 512MB upgrad and I only 128 MB. They later shipped me bad 256 MB chip packed in paper envelope (No anti static bags) as required for shipping or transport of computer chips. Asked for replacemane RAM and never received it.
