No response from a week's worth of emails to their supposed "Customer Service" contact, Mike. I called them to inquire about my order and they left me on hold for 10 minutes while transferring me back and forth between 3 different people, only to tell me that the item was not available and had been reordered. No estimate on shipping time, now 3 weeks from order date and no response to my update requests.
