This started as my fault as i accidentally hit the wrong button to update my norton 360, so i got double charged for i was trying to do, then i got ahold of customer service and they loaded norton360 on my computer anf charged me again. So that totalled 3 charges for the same thing...They had all 3 charges pending, posted the correct amount against my credit card and still have a doulbe amount pending against my card after i have sent repeated emails to them... And now trying to get hold of anyone at customer service is like impossible, so that ties up over $320 from my debit card. They sure can take the money, but hate giving it back... read full review »
