I'm a small business owner and I also thought I was just paying shipping of $3.95 on a free cd, which I was charged. I was given access to members only area, but that was seriously lacking any information. You aren't told of any user agreement until later after the ordering the disk, in an email they disclose that you are automatically enrolled in a membership that will cost you 72.95 a month unless you cancel before the end of the 7 day trial period to use their website.
