I ordered the 15 day trial period and paid the 5.95 for s/h. A couple weeks later they charged my acct. for 78.84. When I tried the customer service number listed on my checking account, it's a bogus number. After reviewing some of these comments, I found another number - 1-800-903-3002 - it does have a wait time - 20-30 minutes - but I was able to get a live person, and cancel my acct. - also demanded a refund of 78.84 - at first the rep told me I couldn't, cause it was outside the 15 day period, I disagreed and said if they... read full review »
