Similar issues with comments already provided. Pd $1500 in October, then $5K for a "community impact study", that for some reason they can't seem to give me a copy of, but yet they say that they forward it to the foundations when requested. Why can't I get a copy? Seems pretty darn fishy doesn't it?!!! The supposted owner Mickey Gines won't even return my calls...but I'm sure he'll spin this write up somehow to discredit me.
