Waited 2 hrs. for pickup at airport. Called and after 50 rings got an answer, then no pickup. Called again, no answer. Took 55 minutes to check in. Slow service. Bum raiding trashcans. Bad area. Room key didn't work for all 3 rooms -needed several tries. Had to rekey next day and wait in line for 45 min. Room supposed to be renovated- cracked sink, rust on sink, burned out bulb in lamp, 2nd day hair in sink left and make up left over. Towel bar fell off, Elevator got stuck.
