My husband got laid off and we are having trouble our mortgage payment and have called for 3 months and have gotten no help so far. Everytime we call we get India which they can barely speak English and have no clue how to help us. We are hardworking AMERICANS and are trying to keep our house but are getting nowhere with CITIMORTGAGE!
