I thought I was signing up for a 14 day trial of Wu-Yi tea and was going to be charged for shipping, then I was charged for the tea, plus ongoing membership with another company, and then a web access fee with another company. I have sent email to cancel subscription to the company, and today another amount of AU$97.25 has been charged to my credit card. They seem to be very hard to get in contact with, and harder to cancel with. These companies should have easy telephone access available to consumers and you should be able to stop access to your credit card with your bank. If you can help me get in contact with the company I would be very grateful. read full review »
