I purchased a security system billed by MB CONTACT.COM on December 10, 2008. This is set up to run a security scan every day. When I looked at the program this past Monday, it had not run a scan since installed in Dec 10. I set it up to run on Monday and it is still running today. It sayd there is a trogan virus but it never finished the scan so I could see if it was destroyed or not. Initially this program was supposed to be $41.31 for a three year membership, but my card was billed for $69.14. I want my money back and this program has been deleted from my computer.
