After purchasing a free trial sample which cost $5.95, they charged my credit card for additional products, for $78.84, that had not been ordered and have not been sent to me. I called to cancel account and was told that because I didn't cancel after the 15 day trial, they would not refund the $78.84 charge to my card...but after telling them that I had contacted my credit card company and that I would file a formal complaint...the charges were reversed! read full review »
