Drive was Dead on Arrival (DOA). First call to customer service said I could return it for a refurbished drive. Second call to customer service said I could return it for a new drive. Customer service people didn't seem to know what they were doing. The final drive that I did end up getting (after having to pay for shipping to ship the dead drive back) was good quality.
