The online order is very deceiving. The website gives the impression that the purchaser will receive a DVD and a Bender ball. It is not clear that the consumer will be put on the Continuity plan and receive auto shipments of additional DVD's. I noticed on my packaging slip from the original shipment that I had been placed on this plan and that my next shipment will be received in about 30 days. I called the company and informed them that I would like to be taken off of the Continuity plan and that I thought their methods were deceptive... read full review »
