The most HORRIBLE experience ever. I purchased a bed on Jan. 4, 2009. After about a week, the email said the bed would ship on Jan. 12. After that date I called to see if the bed had shipped. I never got an answer after being on hold for hours. They later email me that the bed is not in stock and will not be delivered. I requested a refund and to this day they have not given it back.
