I have tried several times to contact customer service to cancel whatever it is I'm being charged $28.95 a month for, but when I get through to a representative, they apparently cannot hear anything. I have no problems talking with anyone else on the phone. Since I don't know what the charge is for, I can't just go to the website and cancel it. I don't want to have to change my bank account, as that will be a huge pain in the ass. read full review »
