I was surprised to see Micro Centers rating so low when I looked it up. I don't recall ordering anything form them online, but I do shop in the store a lot. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly, and they have prices on some things that are way less than anywhere else, like flat screen mounts. I have also returned my fair share of items to the store, just because they didn't fit my needs, and I have never gotten any kind of hassle or charge for doing so.
