These people are complete crooks, I will never deal with them again. I bought an SN25P system from them because if supported RAID, but it never worked properly. I returned it for another one which had the same flaw. Clearly the product had a design flaw. I requested a refund but they wouldnt' give me one. After weeks of chasing they sent me another SN25P which I did not want and they refused to take it back. Stay away at all costs. read full review »
