I agreed to pay shipping costs for a sample of teeeth whitening gel, $4.99 was the cost. They also charged my account $88.97 because they said I didn't cancel. I am VERY upset, it's Christmas and I'm a single mother trying to support my children!!! I never authorized the charges and was never made aware of the charge untill it showed up on my bank statement. I called to speak with someone at the company and she tried to tell me I authorized this transaction, and she was VERY RUDE!!! I will NEVER order anything off the internet again. I did however report this to my bank and they are disputing the charges for me!!! read full review »
