My firm has bought a number of inexpensive computers from Midwest Micro. We order the computers...they show up. We have an extremely compentant MIS person here so we had never needed to call for any major support until recently. That is when I learned of how poorly this firm is managed and how unresponsive they are to customer complaints. Briefly, we asked for a new motherboard to replace a faulty motherboard for a new computer purchased from MidWest Micro.
