I ordered a FREE TRIAL of Acai Berry agreeing to pay ONLY S & H of $4.99. I found multiple charges on my credit card for other products I NEVER ordered: lifsylefit.com and costsmash.com. When I called customer service (4 times because I kept getting cut off even when I was on a landline!!), I was told I didn't cancel membership within the trial period. I never saw this policy and I STILL have never received the acai berry! Why would I cancel something I had never tried even if I KNEW I was supposed to cancel???
