Today, march 6th 2009, my wife went by Mike Brown Dealership with the concern of our tires being dry rotted. There is only 33, 000 miles on our vehicle. The dealership, before sending my wife to the man they used for tire warranty, warned her of his demeaner. Upon getting to this location and discussing with the man the problem he became rude and arrogant and refused to make the tires good. Trying to pass the buck back to the dealership.
