Ordered a Broyhill dining table in October 2008, and waited 4 weeks for a the phone call for delivery date, which I never received. Contacted efurnituredeals.com & spoke to Kathy 6 weeks after my order in late November 2008 & throughout the following months until mid-February 2009 when I finally cancelled the order. It is interesting how they stall you just long enough that the credit card companies will not help you either (up to 90 days, so my bank states).
