I was told I would receive a Government Grant CD for free but I had to pay $2.99 for shipping and my credit card was charged $39.99 and I want my card credited ASAP!!! I am going to have my bank do a charge back to you if I do not see a credit in 3 day's of my complaint. I will also turn this over to my Lawyer and the Better Business Bureau.
