Customer service is terrible. I ordered a phone on the 21st which is MLK day so I figured that by the end of the 22nd that they would have it shipped so I can get it 2 business days after I ordered it because I paid for 2 day shipping but for some reason because I used a different address from my credit cards billing address they couldn't verify in time to get it shipped the same day.
