I ordered a stand for my truck on February 11, 2009 at which time I paid the full amount of the stand and the shippng cost with my credit card. I was informed by Beth that I would have the product within three days. It is now March 6th and I still do not have the stand. I have called several times and spoke with beth and she first told me that the tray was back ordered. The second time I called she told me that it was send out via UPS on the night before I called.
