Purchased new model of above DVD burner. The unit didn't even format or read a disk in the burner. Could not format, could not record. Have read the help section extensively, and I don't think I did anything wrong in installationl. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, with same non-working result. Decided to go for support, only to find that there is none. The only website I could find was another company, with only solutions for specific FAQs. Very disappointing, because this drive was highly rated by a number of consumer reviewers on the web. Those guys ought to be advised and stop praising a bad profuct. Thanks.
