I was charged $324 by this company for a headboard, but never received it. My bank couldn't help me because I made the purchase using my debit card and willingly provided the company with its number. I filed a complaint with the BBB who gave me several good suggestions that I plan to try, but I am prepared to take this all the way to court if I have to. It is not about the money, but the fact that it had been given to my husband and I for our wedding. I will not let it go without a fight.
