The TV ad said "Order your computer today and have it delivered by next week." I called them in early February. They sent me some paperwork and it was signed and in their hands before February 19, 2009. They said as soon as the paperwork was completed, they would ship my items. We are now into September and I have not received my computer, the Wii game system, or the MP3 player that was part of the deal. Each time I call them for a ship date, all I get is excuses. I got a PayPal Plus credit card some time back through GE Money Bank, because PayPal would not allow me to use the Visa credit card I share with my wife. I have used it twice for small eBay Purchases. Yesterday I received an email from GE Money Bank stating that they and their business partners will begin using my cell phone for future communications, and that keeping the account after March 15th constitutes my agreement to these terms.
