I ordered the "free" trial from this company and was immediately billed $4.99 in shipping, but 2 weeks later, I still have not recieved the product. I called the 800 number to try to cancel the order. It seemed suspicious that all the recording said was "Thank you for calling customer service. Someone will take your call as soon as possible." No company name was ever mentioned in the greeting. After being on hold for 25 minutes, I finally just hung up. I doubt they even have anyone available to answer calls.
