i have been through pretty much what everyone else has been witnessing. i cancelled my account on jan. 25 and was given a conformation number. Was told i will receive an email regarding the cancellation, never came. Then after 20 phone calls was told my refund would be processed on feb 4th. never received an email from the refund dept either, since they are unable to be reached.
