This company is a complete fraud! Placed an order for first 4 seasons of LOST their featured DVD Box Set on 1/15/09 and all I received was a nice WELCOME Email and confirmation of the $78.00 charge to my credit card. After not receiving the promised "Confirmation of shipment Email" within the 3-5 day time frame, I attempted to make contact repeatedly sending emails(6) over the next 7 weeks with no response.
