I ordered my free trial on 2-14-09. I understood that I would be in the auto-ship membership if not canceled on 14th day. The 28th was a saturday. The customer service is not open on weekends. Monday 8:00am I was the first person through the 866#. The person that answered told me I was too late. I tried to explain about the 14th day and she told me I was too late and my money would not be refunded.
