Placed an order on line Dec 15th for Sony Handycam replacement power cord, via Paypal to this company. Never received a confirmation via email, so when the product didn't arrive I assumed the purchase failed. When the charges showed up on my Jan. credit card statement I tried to contact them. The did not respond to any of my emails. I refused the charges via Paypal's complaint system, but I never heard from the either. So I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. read full review »
