I too ordered the trial bottle for $4.99. I went to cancel the order and did not have the correct phone number, this was even after I had printed off the "terms and conditions" and used the cancellation number provided. After calling several numbers and explaining my issue one gentleman I spoke with gave me a number that ended up being a pizza resturant in a another state. It seems the only way I will be able to stop the charges is to cancel the credit card that I used. read full review »
