I've repeatedly had difficulty order from this company. They sent the order late, never responded to my emails inquiries about where the order was, then when I returned the item (too big) for a refund, it's been over two weeks now and I've heard nothing and no one will respond to me! STAY AWAY from shoes.com. Use zappos.com or shoebuy.com instead, I've never had problems with them. read full review »
