When I first visited Allcare Dental they shoved a finance form in my face to fill out. i asked the lady how come I had to fill out this paper if I plan to pay it myself. She said they required all patients to fill out these papers. I didn't want A credit plan or another credit card. My dental insurance hasn't even recieved a bill yet and I was first seen by the dentist on 1/30/09.
