Major scam. I ordered "free trials" of both products for amount of shipping fee and was subsequently charged $38.95 and $39.95 and unknowingly became a club member. Representative said verbiage was clear and simple in the terms and conditions (which obviously nobody reads). I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone - the line volume was so high because everyone was calling to complain.
