I found a $88.97 charge to my checking account and went to my bank, to find out that I had to first try resolving with this company. I received correspondence that I would be refunded my money, but to date have not. THis began Oct 2, 08 and to the present have never heard from "Customer Service" again. This is outright fraud, I did not authorize this charge from my account and intend to pursue to the fullest extent. read full review »
