I was charged twice within two weeks for what they claim was "authorized", to the tune of over $150.00. I signed up for a "free" offer paying only shipping and unknowningly opened myself to a monthly contract of 83.80. Sound familiar to anyone else? The customer service person was difficult to understand, would not switch me to someone with less of an accent, and when I pursued speaking with a supervisor I was told I'd have to call back in 2 hours...they were "all in a meeting."
