I am a victim of real estate fraud by James Parker, a.k.a Justin Tranz. Mr. Tranz was a comedy hypnosis entertainer in Las Vegas, now performing in New York. There are other individuals involved in this matter that are either additional victims, or are participating in the fraud. Those individuals are Fausto Hernandez and Ed Rostamian.
