As so many people, I just discovered, have ordered and paid for ceiling fans from this company and the items never were delivered. I have the same complaint, I ordered 2 x ceiling fans back in August 2008 and was told they would be shipped in due course. I now know after 6 long phone calls and emails to [email protected], that I guess I shall never get the fans or the refund they promised. I would like to warn the public about this company as they are not reliable and dishonest and not trustworthy. read full review »
