I ordered a set of Bonanza the the limited edition DVD box set from Planet DVD. What I got was not at all what it was represented as. First of all it came from China with no return address. It was clear to see the DVD's were copies, (probably pirated). When I put one in my PC it wouldn't even play. When I tried to reply to thier support listed in the confermation purchase email it was returned stating that the email account had been disabled. I also sent a complaint to them from the web site but have not heard anything back. I would like to return them for my money back but it doesn't look like anything can be done. read full review »
