I posted my like complaint as all of you have here on this board about 3 weeks ago. I'm happy to report that since then I read about a site called the consumerist that lists email addresses and even phone #s for presidents & CEOs of companies-google for it, it is worth your while as you will see-and found the direct email address for the President of AT&T.
