This company is a scam!!! I was charged for a energy rate correction charge which come to find out i wasnt supposed to be. I contacted my associate and he contacted his supervisor and was told i would be credited for the 154.00 i paid that i wasnt supposed to be charged with well after about 8 phone calls to these people the money still has yet been credited to my account which i was told would be taken care of 2 months ago.
