mt mother ordered a tortill gala express. on 10-15-08. it posted on her credit card on the 21. she became deathly ill and subsequently died so i returned cooker to gt media only to have them refuse it and send it back to my mothers address, i lodged a complaint with dicover her credit card and then called 1-800-357-9213 and was told if i would drop dispute they would give me an authorization # and i could mail product back and they would seend me the refund directly. i have a delivery receipt from the post office confirming the delivery but... read full review »
